About
Little Samaliya, which translates into Little Samaritan, is the brainchild of Sharon Mumba. Sharon saw a need to help improve the education, health, and socio-economic empowerment of women and children in Zambia. As she identified more and more opportunities to make a difference and help others, she enlisted the help of her sisters, Vivien and Chiwila.
The charity currently focuses on providing educational opportunities for the most vulnerable children through education, helping them to get the most from their time at school, and providing a foundation for a productive and secure future. They do this through the Ngosa Sidney Mumba Scholarship set up in the memory of their brother.
The charity also provides health, nutrition and social care to children and women.

Our Mission
We are committed to assisting impoverished and underprivileged children, women, and families in Zambia in the areas of education, medical relief, sustainable development projects and general humanitarian aid.
